We want you to be fully satisfied with your tabletop experience, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all board games in their original, shrink-wrapped condition. If your game arrives damaged or with missing components, we will provide a full refund or a replacement copy at no additional cost.

Return Process

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

  Pack the Game Securely

  Place the board game in its original packaging with all components included, ensuring the box is padded to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5 business days.
